5-6 Mastering Science - TTH $300 - Full STEAM Ahead - Rachel Gledhill

Students will dive into a myriad of science based topics in this year long class, focusing on The Chemistry of Life. Students will conduct experiments, build models, solve problems, and get a little messy as they learn. This course is meant to serve as a year-long academic course that will cover all grade standards. Topics in the Fall semester will be focused on matter, atoms, the periodic table, and Newton's Laws. Spring topics will be focused on Cells & DNA, Body Systems, and the Brain. Students will be required to have access to our learning management system where they will find more resources to support their independent study time. All materials for this class are provided by course instructor.
