This course, American History: Reconstruction to the Present, dives into the following topics:

  • The Vietnam War
  • Transitions and Conservatism
  • Into the New Millennium
  • The United States in the 21st Century

Students will take part in discussion, projects, and group activities in class. Outside of class, students will read from the text (an online version is provided by the instructor), watch videos, and complete short assessments to check for understanding.
