Description

In this hands-on course, students develop real leadership skills by planning and executing events that benefit the Bluedoor community. Each year is shaped by the unique talents and interests of the participants, allowing students to lead in ways that reflect their strengths. By working to organize school-wide activities, students gain experience in decision-making, collaboration, and communication.

Students will also learn practical skills such as creating flyers and marketing events to the community. Leadership techniques are developed through real-world practice, peer feedback, and team-based planning. This course empowers students to take initiative, solve problems, and grow as confident, service-minded leaders.
