Learn the connection between physical health and wellness to fitness and nutrition. This course will be a combination of exercise and instruction to build a foundation for a healthy lifestyle. Students will receive functional movement and weight training coaching to complete daily workouts safely and efficiently. The course study will include nutrition, exercise physiology, exercise programming and more.
Participants must be entering grades 7 to 12.
