Description

Calling all curious creators and future world-builders! In this hands-on, history-meets-STEAM adventure, 3rd–6th grade students will travel through time to explore the fascinating foundations of ancient, medieval, and modern civilizations—and then design their own from the ground up!

Each week, students will dive into how real-world societies have approached things like government structure, currency, food systems, topography, and mythology. From the democratic debates of ancient Greece to the feudal customs of medieval Europe and the technological innovations of today, students will explore how people have lived, ruled, traded, and told stories across time.

Then comes the best part—they’ll put their knowledge (and imaginations) to work by creating their own unique civilization! Will their people live on floating islands or underground cities? Will they trade with shells or invent a new eco-currency? What kind of stories will their culture pass down?

This class blends history, engineering, geography, and art, giving students the tools to think critically, collaborate, and create with purpose. It’s the perfect mix of thoughtful exploration and imaginative play—and a great way to build problem-solving skills in a way that feels meaningful and fun.

Whether your child is a budding historian, engineer, or storyteller, STEAM Civilization will inspire them to see the past with fresh eyes—and the future as something they can shape.
