This dynamic, literature-based unit study offers a rich, hands-on learning experience with lessons designed at a 3rd grade level. Through engaging stories and integrated activities, students will explore meaningful themes while building academic skills, creativity, and confidence.
The course blends language arts, math, social studies, and movement, using thoughtfully selected literature to spark curiosity and connect learning across subjects. Students will participate in collaborative projects and interactive experiences that make learning both fun and memorable.
This unit study block is a result of a collaboration between Miss Sam and Miss Tiffany from the Edventures in Learning program. Together, they’ve designed a thoughtful transition year for students moving from the full-day Edventures experience to a multi-class format. The result is a supportive, relationship-centered environment where learners build independence, strengthen friendships, and grow as curious, capable individuals.
Perfect for families looking for a gentle bridge between learning models, this course combines the best of both worlds—structure and flexibility, academics and adventure, independence and connection.
