This exciting class will build strength and self-discipline while learning a traditional Korean martial art. It can also be taken multiple times to achieve higher levels in Kuk Sool Won. Along with being introduced to Korean culture and language, students develop Jung Shin: a Korean word that means to focus your mind and heart 100% on what you are doing in a given moment. Jung Shin may be applied to schoolwork, sports, and daily life.
